What happens if weather or traffic conditions prevent delivery?
If we find that weather or traffic conditions are preventing us from making a delivery, we will deliver again within 24 hours at no additional cost to the sender.
Do you offer order tracking through your website?
Yes, customers have the capability to track their orders. Visit our site to track your order, or contact Customer Service for questions about the process.
Can I change my order after I have paid for it?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change an order once it is in the process of preparation or shipping. For orders that have not been prepared, we may charge an additional fee based on the type of change. We are not able to refund any difference in price.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
We do not accept same-day deliveries on holidays; however, you can order them for delivery ahead of time.
How do I know if you have received my order?
Within an hour of placing your order, we will send an email to confirm your order. Get in touch with Customer Service if you have yet to receive email confirmation.
Where does Me.Flower deliver?
At this time we are only able to deliver to Hong Kong. We intend to expand our business outside of Hong Kong’s borders soon.
